Special Warfare Mini Bikes - Request for Information (RFI)

Air Force Lifecycle Management Center is conducting market research for 110cc Mini-Bike / Dirt Bike Motorcycle with minor tactical modifications.

The Government is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) for information and planning purposes it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Air Force is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Failure to respond to this RFI will not preclude participation in a future RFP, if issued.

Interested parties are encouraged to submit a response to this RFI that demonstrates a commercial solution for the Mini-Bikes described below. Responses shall include all the information as outlined in the attached documents.

Responses shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, Chantay Williams, chantay.williams.1@us.af.mil and the Contracting Officer, Regina Robinson, regina.robinson@us.af.mil no later than 24 July 2021 1:00 PM EST.
