AMENDMENT 0006:

This amendment extends the proposal due date from 15 JUL 2021 to 29 JUL at 2:00PM local time. The amendment updates and adds a secondary contact for proposal submission and removes the restriction on the cost narrative file type. Changes to Section L have been highlighted for reference.

As a point of clarification, all references in the Amendment 0005 QUESTIONS RECEIVED 2, should read Amendment 0005 instead of Amendment 0004.

AMENDMENT 0005:

This amendment is being issued for the follow ing reasons:
1. Provide answers to second set of questions received from industry - and make any necessary updates to the RFP in response,
2. Updated referenced TS9090-310G (w/Change 2) Alterations to Ships Accomplished by Alteration Installation Teams,
3. Include CUI Marking requirement language w ithin section L,
4. Extend proposal due date until July 15th in response to the numerous clarifications and updates this amendment provides.
Amendments have been highlighted to assist offerors in locating updates. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

AMENDMENT 0004:

The purpose of this amendment is to extend proposal submission due date from 01 JUNE 2021 until 16 JUNE 2021 in order to provide
adequate time for the Government to fully research and prepare responses to industry received questions. All other terms and conditions
remain unchanged.

AMENDMENT 0003:

This amendment is being issued to extend the proposal submission date from 14 MAY 21 until 01 JUNE 21.

AMENDMENT 0002:

This amendment is being issued to extend the Proposal Submission Date from 26 APR 2021 to 14 MAY 2021.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

AMENDMENT 0001:

This amendment is being issued to address questions received in response from industry. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
