Special Operations Forces IT Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 MAD & RFI

General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) is releasing this Market Assessment Discussion (MAD) / Request For Information (RFI) on behalf of The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The primary purpose of this MAD/RFI is to assist the Government in conducting market research focused on defining a competitive acquisition strategy inclusive of the identification of potential Alliant 2 contract holders and the identification of potential small business participation opportunities. The Government is interested in industry capabilities to support this requirement and industry feedback on measurable performance standards and techniques to support a performance-based Task Order (TO). The Government is not obligated to release a future solicitation. The scope of the SITEC 3 TO is to provide enterprise-wide Information Technology (IT) operation and maintenance solutions to support the SIE to enable the USSOCOM mission. The contractor will provide all management, functional, and technical capabilities to enhance USSOCOM's ability to support the USSOCOM mission, by providing both innovative and proactive concepts, while meeting the requirements of net-centric DoD acquisition parameters. The contractor will continue the transformation of USSOCOM's enterprise IT services by building the foundation for increased operations efficiency, capabilities, and delivery flexibility through standardized policies, procedures, oversight, resource allocation, and the provision of value-added support.
