Background
The Technology Application Program Office (TAPO) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for the Special Operations Aviation – Specialized Technical Services-II (SOA-STS-II).

The goal of this market research is to determine if there are small business sources capable of fulfilling the agency's requirements for continued support services. This information will assist in the development of an acquisition strategy for a possible Request for Proposal (RFP) that may be issued in the future.

Work Details
The requirement involves identifying vendors who can provide Support Services for the Special Operations Aviation – Specialized Technical Services – II.

Interested sources must demonstrate their qualifications through a statement of interest on company letterhead, which should include:
1. Sources name and address;
2. Affiliate information including parent sources, joint venture partners, and potential teaming partners;
3. Year established and number of employees;
4. Two points of contact with names, titles, phone numbers, and email addresses;
5. DUNS number and CAGE Code;
6. Business size and designation/status correlating with registration (e.g., Small business, HUBZone, WOSB, 8(a), VOSB, SDVOSB, Small Disadvantaged Business, Large Business). Additionally, sources must provide specific capabilities and experience related to the SOA-STS-II services.
