Background
The solicitation is issued by the U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) for Special Operations Aviation (SOA) Training, Readiness, and Management Support (TRMS).
The goal of this contract is to provide training development, instruction, and support services to enhance the operational readiness of special operations aviation units.
The contractor will be required to adhere to strict security protocols due to the sensitive nature of the information and operations involved.

Work Details
The contractor will perform the following tasks:
1. Conduct a biennial review of the DD FORM 254 and associated work plans to validate and update requirements as necessary.
2. Ensure compliance with Communications Security (COMSEC) access regulations, including obtaining necessary clearances and briefings for personnel requiring access to classified materials.
3. Manage access to Restricted Data (RD) and Formerly Restricted Data (FRD), ensuring that only cleared personnel handle sensitive information.
4. Provide training support while ensuring that all classified information generated or received is returned to the appropriate government authority upon contract completion or termination.
5. Prepare DD Form 254 for subcontracting and ensure all security requirements are met.
6. Perform services at various CONUS/OCONUS locations as directed by the contracting organization, including Fort Campbell, KY; Yuma, AZ; Hunter AAF, GA; JBLM, WA; and others as required.

The contract will be performed at various locations including Fort Campbell, KY; Yuma, AZ; Hunter AAF, GA; JBLM, WA; and other CONUS/OCONUS locations as directed.
