Description

This is a special notice that the Government intends to issue a Request for Information (RFI), for the Unmanned Ground Commercial Robotic Vehicle (UGCRV) under the Detroit Arsenal Innovation (DAI) Other Transaction Agreement (OTA). The purpose of this RFI is to seek industry's interest in the development and production of a UGCRV and to understand the experience and capability of potential vendors. Background
The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a special notice regarding the Unmanned Ground Commercial Robotic Vehicle (UGCRV) under the Detroit Arsenal Innovation (DAI) Other Transaction Agreement (OTA), W56HZV-23-9-D001. This initiative aims to support coordinated research and development projects that enhance Ground Vehicle System Related Research and Development prototype projects.

The DAI OTA was established between ACC and the National Advanced Mobility Consortium (NAMC) on September 1, 2023, to facilitate this effort.
