Special Notice - Intent to Sole Source Grant Conference Room Audiovisual System Maintenance

Background
The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Office of Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Division (ACC-APG, Natick Division) is issuing a sole source contract to Unicom Government, Inc. for integrated room maintenance of audiovisual systems in the Grant Conference Room at Natick Soldier Systems Center.

This contract supports the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, Soldier Center, GStaff – G6 and aims to ensure continuous operational capability of specialized AV equipment.

Work Details
The contractor will provide 24/7 technical support for audiovisual equipment installed by Unicom in the Grant Conference Room. Services include:
- Help Desk support with a response time of one hour for troubleshooting via telephone or web-based conferencing.
- Onsite technician dispatch within 24 hours if issues cannot be resolved remotely.
- Preventive maintenance visits scheduled at the request of the government to minimize system malfunctions and ensure peak performance, including two scheduled visits per year as part of the fixed-price contract.
- Maintenance services must be performed by certified professionals to avoid voiding warranties on the AV equipment, which includes specialized hardware and software customized for DEVCOM-SC G6.

Period of Performance
Base Year: August 22, 2026 to August 21, 2027; Option Year One: additional 12 months; Option Year Two: additional 12 months; Option Year Three: additional 12 months; cumulative total not to exceed six months extension.

Natick Soldier Systems Center, Natick, Massachusetts.
