This requirement is to obtain Information Technology (IT) System Administration, Software Development, Web
Based Application Development, Enterprise Script Writing, System Analyst, Database Administration, BMC
Remedy products and Software testing for multiple Air Force (AF) IT systems in accordance with (IAW) this
Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 18 August 2021.

Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to provide an update to Attachment 1 PWS, Attachment 2 Section L, and Attachment 6 List of Attachments, and extend the proposal due date to 26 October 2021 by 5pm MDT.

Amendment 2: On September 9, President Biden signed Executive Order 14042, Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors, which directs executive departments and agencies to ensure that contracts and contract-like instruments covered by the order include a clause requiring the contractor and their subcontractors at any tier to, for the duration of the contract, comply with all guidance for contractor or subcontractor workplace locations published by the Task Force. These workplace safety protocols will apply to all covered contractor employees, including employees in covered contractor workplaces who are not working on a Federal Government contract or contract-like instrument.

Due to Executive Order 14042, the following clause has been added to the Special Missions solicitation, via amendment FA820121R00020002 (attached).

Amendment 3: The purpose of this Amendment is to update Attachment 4 - Total Evaluated Price (TEP) Matrix dated 21 October 2021. All other documents and terms remain the same. The proposal date remains 26 October 2021 at 5pm MDT.
