DLA Energy is issuing solicitation SPE604-24-R-0403 for direct supply natural gas to various Department of Defense and federal civilian installations throughout the DLA Energy natural gas south region procurement area to include the states of Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas. The period of performance is 24-months beginning on June 1, 2025 and 26-months for Ft. Jackson starting on April 1, 2025. The total estimated quantity is 16,745,091 dekatherms. Any resultant award(s) will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment requirements-type contract(s).

Receipt of offers, technical, and other required documents for this solicitation are due by 3:00 p.m. eastern daylight time on Friday, September 13, 2024 as stated in instructions to offerors.

Background
DLA Energy is issuing solicitation SPE604-24-R-0403 for the direct supply of natural gas to various Department of Defense (DoD) and federal civilian installations throughout the DLA Energy natural gas south region procurement area. This area includes the states of Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas.

The goal of this contract is to ensure a reliable supply of natural gas to support the operations of these installations.

Work Details
The total estimated quantity for this contract is 16,745,091 dekatherms. The contract will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment requirements-type contract. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to supply and deliver direct supply natural gas as defined in the Statement of Work (Natural Gas).

The National Stock Number (NSN) applicable to direct supply natural gas is 6830-01-318-5797. Pricing must include all applicable interstate/intrastate pipeline fuel loss, costs for nominations, marketer fees/profit, pooling, balancing, and storage unless indicated otherwise within the Schedule. Orders may be issued in writing or verbally as necessary.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is 24 months beginning on June 1, 2025. For Ft. Jackson specifically, the period will be 26 months starting on April 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations for performance include various Department of Defense and federal civilian installations in Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas.
