This notice announces the solicitation SPE603-22-R-0509 for environmental compliance, environmental restoration, and environmental facility maintenance services at Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) Point Loma, CA to include operation and maintenance of existing remedial systems, facility groundwater monitoring and reporting, data management services and professional services (project management and technical DFSP Point Loma Environmental Restoration, Compliance, and Facility Management Services.

The period of performance is a four-year base period from April 1, 2023 March 31, 2027, with an option period in accordance with (IAW) FAR 52.217-8 from March 1, 2027 August 31, 2027. The Government anticipates awarding one (1) firm fixed-price contract. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% set-aside for small business under NAICS code 562910 (size standard of 750 employees).

This information is subject to modification and in no way binds the Government to award a contract.

Background
The solicitation amendment 0007 updates the contract for SPE603-22-R-0509 for DFSP Point Loma Environmental Restoration, Compliance, and Facility Management Services. The services include environmental restoration, compliance, and facility maintenance services at Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) Point (Pt.) Loma. The contract is a total small business set-aside.

Work Details
The services to be furnished during the period specified herein include Project Management and Contract Management, Environmental Remediation Systems Operation and Maintenance (O&M) at the Site, Monitoring and Reporting of Site Environmental Conditions, Data Management, Emergency Response, Event Evaluation, Environmental Compliance Support, Environmental Facility Maintenance Activities, and Unplanned/Miscellaneous Support.
The contract period of performance for all CLINS is from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2027. The contract type is a one four-year indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract.
