Description

Justification and Approval for Award.

Background
The Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at West Point is issuing a contract for the Soldier Performance Application for Readiness and Talent Assessment (SPARTA) digital platform.

The Department of Military Instruction (DMI) at the United States Military Academy requires this platform to support assessment and development during key events such as the International Sandhurst Competition and Cadet Summer Training.
