Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support is seeking a cloud-based software program to govern space management throughout the DSCP facilities. The objective is to provide data and web-based tools to coordinate, manage, and distribute working space modules that will maintain organization within all of the DLA DSCP buildings.

Work Details
The scope of work includes providing all labor, material, and equipment to deliver a centralized authoritative database with out-of-the-box tools and applications to view, edit, and analyze spatial and data patterns. The Esri ArcGIS Enterprise desired details include accurate space inventory, reliable measurements, real-time update capabilities, key floorplan metrics captured, organization group, room category, space use, availability type, and the ability to track hosting spaces.
The expected hours of Space Management Software operation are Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm with weekends off. Additionally, the contractor is required to remove/re-install adjust data according to J6 policy and procedures, provide all required data setup and training of operations, offer standard start-up service with a service contractor on-site for a minimum of six hours and a maximum of ten hours, and perform annual data service records.
