Space Flight Systems Development and Operations Contract II (SpaceDOC II) Extension   2

This justification provides the rationale for contracting by other than full and open competition to award a sole source extension of the Space Flight Systems Development and Operations II (SpaceDOC II) contract (NNC14CA02C) to ZIN Technologies, Inc. (ZIN). This extension is necessary due to the ongoing protest and extended Phase-In and Phase-Out activities required for transitioning from SpaceDOC II to the follow-on Space Flight Systems Development and Operations Contract III (SpaceDOC III) that was awarded to Sierra Lobo, Inc., on February 22, 2024.
