Space Electronic Warfare II Request for Information

Background
The solicitation is for advisory and assistance services for architectural development, requirement development, technical/logistics support, system analysis, ISR and programmatic, protection, analytical, communication, and staffing support. The services support Organizing, Training, and Equipping functions for Space Electromagnetic Warfare (SEW) forces to perform USSF missions. The SEW mission area ensures the freedom of operations within and throughout the space medium while denying its use to adversaries.

Work Details
The contractor is required to perform various tasks including identifying opportunities to enable active participation of all SEW weapon systems in global military exercises, coordinating with DEL 3 units to develop Measure of Performance (MOPs) and Desired Learning Objectives (DLOs) for each Exercise Event, attending all exercise planning phases and providing SEW injects in support of exercise targets, leading Tier 1 Exercises and delivering After-Action Reports (AARs), supporting and participating in DEL 3-led Operational Planning Teams (OPTs), processing HHQ taskings at appropriate classification levels from all applicable organizations, collecting essential mission information for tracking and trend analysis purposes, attending weekly status meetings and providing meeting minutes, conducting analysis of current and future family of SEW weapon systems in relation to state-of-the-art capabilities, providing recommendations for training improvements, coordinating with S5/8/9 to develop briefings for DEL 3 and HHQ leadership to communicate innovation analysis and recommendations.
