Description

Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment (FPw/EPA) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) delivery orders, for the following item: Polyethylene (Poly) Bags in various sizes for multiple location CONUS wide See the Schedule of Supplies (Attachment 01 - Schedule of Supplies and Attachment 02 Delivery Addresses) for further details.

Background
The solicitation SP3300-25-Q-5003 is issued by the DLA Distribution Acquisition Operations (J7) located in New Cumberland, PA. The purpose of this contract is to establish a Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment (FPw/EPA) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the procurement of Polyethylene (Poly) Bags in various sizes. This contract aims to support multiple locations across the Continental United States (CONUS).

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of Polyethylene (Poly) Bags in various sizes. Specific details regarding the sizes and quantities are outlined in the Schedule of Supplies (Attachment 01). The delivery will be made on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis, with actual payment based on quantities procured and delivered as specified in each Delivery Order.

The contractor is required to deliver all items within 30 calendar days after receipt of a delivery order, with packing list envelopes required within 30 days as well. The unit of issue for these bags includes RO (Roll) and BX (Box).

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to various locations across the Continental United States, including but not limited to DLA Distribution facilities in San Diego, Anniston, Albany, Barstow, Cherry Point, Corpus Christi, and Guam.
