The purpose of Amendment 0005 is to information all vendors that the solicitation has been canceled. In accordance with FAR 15.206(e) the KO has determined based on market research and other factors that the acquisition requirement has changed substantially since the time of the solicitation beyond what a reasonable offer could have anticipated. Therefore, the Government is canceling the solicitation and will not issue another solicitation at this time. Sources will be notified if, and when, another solicitation is issued. Background
The solicitation SP3300-22-Q-0007 for Foam Packaging Supplies has been canceled by the Government in accordance with 15.206(e) due to substantial changes in the acquisition requirement since the time of the solicitation. The Government will not issue another solicitation at this time, and sources will be notified if and when another solicitation is issued.

Work Details
The solicitation was set aside for Small Business Concerns and was for the supply of foam packaging supplies. The solicitation required delivery of all material 21 days after Contractor receipt of order, and it incorporated various provisions and clauses in effect under different regulations. The notice also mentioned that multiple IDIQ contracts may be awarded resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offers conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
