SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER - LCAC POST-SLEP EXTENSION, RETIREMENTS, AND PLANNED/EMERGENT REPAIRS   4

Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRNC) intends to issue solicitation N55236-18-R-0017 for an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contract (IDIQ-MAC) for the performance of repair, maintenance, modernization, and retirement requirements of Landing Crafts Air Cushion (LCAC's). The contractor shall furnish the necessary supervision, material, labor, services, equipment, and facilities to perform the requirements in accordance with the Statement of Work.
The applicable NAICS code is 336611 (Ship Building and Repair) with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. In addition, this procurement will utilize the policies and procedures of FAR Part 15 "Contracting by Negotiation".
This procurement is a Firm Fixed Price arrangement.

A complete RFP package will be available by downloading the documents at the FEDBIZOPPS at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or around 20 July 2018. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will NOT issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
