The contractor shall deliver uninterruptible natural gas (Gas) supplies to the existing metering station of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration' s John C. Stennis Space Center, Stennis Space Center (SSC), MS. The point of delivery of natural gas shall be the North Fee Area Boundary of SSC (Station Location Number - 2568) and one additional Station Location Number to be determined at a later date.

Amendment 1 - Adding two (2) attachments: Responses to Four (4) Questions from Industry and the Southside Natural Gas Historical Consumption (Spreadsheet).

Amendment 2 - Adding a question/answer to the Responses from Industry. The total is five (5) questions/answers.

Amendment 3 - Request clarification for questions #3 and #4 on Responses from Industry and to remove verbiage from the SOW. All interested parties can submit additional questions by 5:00 pm Central Time, on September 18, 2025.

Background
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is issuing this solicitation for the delivery of uninterruptible natural gas supplies to the existing metering station at the John C. Stennis Space Center (SSC) in Mississippi. The goal of this contract is to ensure a reliable supply of natural gas for NASA's operations, with an emphasis on supporting the agency's mission through efficient energy management.

Work Details
The contractor shall deliver uninterruptible natural gas supplies to the existing metering station at SSC. The point of delivery will be the North Fee Area Boundary of SSC (Station Location Number - 2568) and one additional Station Location Number to be determined later.

The pricing structure includes an annual fixed coefficient plus a monthly market price based on the McGraw Hill publication 'Inside FERC's Gas Market Report' for Spot Gas Delivered to Pipelines Index for South Louisiana Henry Hub. The contractor is responsible for filing and paying any necessary regulatory filings related to this contract, as well as providing monthly billing in both written and Microsoft Excel formats.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of one year, commencing December 1, 2025, with four additional one-year option periods extending through November 30, 2030.
