Background
The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) mission Mexico is seeking proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing services as described in the attached solicitation. The purpose of this activity is to strengthen market systems to increase investment in sustainable productive and natural ecosystems, employment, and sales in southern Mexico.

Work Details
This is a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Completion Type Contract for a period of five years from the start date of September XX, 2022. The Contractor must perform the services and provide the deliverables or outputs described in Sections C, D, and F performance standards specified in Section E.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is a five years from the start date of September XX, 2022.

Place of Performance
The Contractor shall perform the services described in Section C in Mexico.
