Background
The U.S. Marine Corps Base Camp Butler, Okinawa, Japan, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive grounds maintenance services across various locations including Camp Kinser, MCAS Futenma, Camp Foster, Camp Lester, Plaza Housing Area, and Fort Buckner.

The contract aims to ensure the upkeep of these facilities in alignment with the Marine Corps' mission to support service members and their families. This is a performance-based service contract structured as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreement with both recurring and non-recurring work requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary for grounds maintenance services.

The scope includes:
- Recurring Work Requirements: Regular maintenance tasks that need to be performed consistently over the contract period.
- Non-Recurring Work Requirements: Specific tasks that may arise outside of the regular maintenance schedule.

The contractor must adhere to performance objectives and standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which includes detailed specifications for management and administrative requirements as well as quality management systems. The contractor is expected to manage all aspects of service delivery effectively while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is twelve (12) months for the Base Period with seven (7) one-year Option Periods available. The total potential duration of the contract is eight (8) years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within U.S. Marine Corps Base Camp Butler in Okinawa, Japan.
