Background
The U.S. Department of Agriculture is issuing this solicitation for a Preseason Incident-Blanket Purchase Agreement (I-BPA) aimed at providing meals and hydration support for incident management in the Southern California Zone National Forests, specifically covering the Angeles, San Bernardino, Cleveland, and Los Padres National Forests.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that adequate food and hydration resources are available during incidents that may occur in these regions.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for supplying meals and hydration services as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Key specifications include:
- Exhibit A: Definitions and Abbreviations (5 pages)
- Exhibit B: Wildland Firefighter Meal Specifications (6 pages)
- Exhibit C: Harassment Free Workplace Policy (1 page)
- Exhibit D: Experience Questionnaire (2 pages; must be submitted with the quote)
- Exhibit E: Contractor Performance Rating, May 2020 (1 page).

The ceiling limit for each resultant BPA is set at $250,000.00, which cannot be exceeded without risk to the contractor. Orders are not guaranteed due to the sporadic nature of incident activities.

The services will be performed in the Southern California Zone National Forests, specifically within the Angeles, San Bernardino, Cleveland, and Los Padres National Forests.
