08/14/2025: Amendment 00002 (A0002): See and read the following in association with Amendment 0002: Amendment 0002 (A0002) - read in its entirety as it includes the Summary of Changes with answers to contractor's questions and revsions to supporting solicitation documents. Also included in this Amendment as an attachment is Updated Attach _3 Specifications_08.14.2025. A0002 and the Updated Attachment are located in the Attachments/Links.

07/31/2025: Amendment 0001 (A0001): See and read the following in association with Amendment 0001: Amendment 0001 (A0001) and the Updated Attachments 3 and 4 for updates to the Specifications and Drawings. The Updated Attachments along with A0001 are located in the Attachments/Links.

The project scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Mobilization, quality control, removal and installation of a new standing seam metal roof including underlayment, ridge vent, flashing, drip edge, roof curbs, crickets, gutters, and downspouts, installation of roof, valley, gutter, and downspout ice/snow melt system including electrical circuits; interior and exterior modifications including removal of carpet and installation of carpet tiles, replacing stained and damaged acoustical panels and ceiling tiles, and seal windows, installation of (8) additional communication outlets and associated electrical for telecom.

Optional Item - Install chain link fence, personnel walk thru gate, motorized gate with operator and keypad, and associated electrical and safeties. See the SOW, SOI, Specifications, and Drawings for more details.

Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, scheduling, coordination, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight, and delivery to complete contract requirements in compliance with approved final drawings, specifications and provisions. Background
The South Park District Office Rehab project is issued by the Pike-San Isabel National Forests & Cimarron and Comanche National Grasslands, specifically under the Pikes Peak Ranger District. The mission of this project is to rehabilitate the South Park Ranger District Office located in Fairplay, Colorado, enhancing its functionality and safety for government personnel.

The goal is to complete various construction tasks that will improve the office's infrastructure and operational capabilities.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- Mobilization;

Period of Performance
On-site mobilization shall not occur prior to Notice to Proceed (NTP). Construction shall be completed according to specifications as directed in this contract/SOW. Roofing work is generally allowed from May through November under appropriate weather conditions.

The construction projects will be performed at the South Park Ranger District Office located at 320 US Hwy 285, Fairplay, CO 80440.
