South Florida National Cemetery Security and Fire Monitoring Services -- S211

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, is seeking to award a firm, fixed price contract for Security and Fire Alarm Monitoring services at the South Florida National Cemetery. The work includes monitoring, inspecting, and preventative maintenance of the Security and Fire Alarm systems within the cemetery's Administration Building, Maintenance Building, and Generator Building.

Work Details
The scope of work includes monitoring, inspecting, and providing preventative maintenance to the Security and Fire Alarm systems within South Florida National Cemetery. This involves inspecting all detection devices, pull stations, battery back-up devices, and panels at least annually unless required more frequently by safety code. The contractor is also required to provide a written status of the inspection to the facility director/COR. Additionally, there are specific standards of conduct that must be adhered to by the contractor's personnel while working at the cemetery.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from 01 Sep 2023 through 31 August 2024 as the base period, with up to four option periods if exercised.

The contract will be performed at South Florida National Cemetery located at 6501 S State Road 7, Lake Worth, FL 33449.
