SOUTH DAKOTA FACILITIES ENGINEERING/OPERATION & MAINTENANCE SERVICES. The objective of this acquisition is to award one (1) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) against the GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Facilities - Facilities Maintenance and Repair, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-3, for the services described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement will provide facility engineering services at five Federal buildings in South Dakota to include operations and maintenance, management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies, and shall be responsible for the efficient, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, testing, inspection and repair of equipment and systems to include required contract reports/reporting. The contract term will include a base period of 1 year, plus four one year option periods, to begin February 1, 2023. This procurement is set aside for small businesses only. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561210, with a size standard of $41.5 million. A single-award BPA will be based on non-price and price factors through a best value selection process. In the best value evaluation, non-price factors, when combined, are approximately equal in importance to the price quote. Please see RFQ and all attachments for requirements.
