South Bay International Wastewater Treatment Plant Rehibilitation and Expantion.

Amendment 001 to add Section J Attachments.

Amendment 002 corrects IBWC NDA Form number on solicitation.

Amendment 003 is to notify all potential Offerors of the changes listed below:

  1. Corrections to the Solicitation.
  2. Provide revised PDB SOW dated 1/3/2024.
  3. Addition of new and missing Solicitation attachments to sam.gov.

Amendment 004 is to 0004 is to incorporate the Prebid Conference Agenda and Prebid Sign In Sheet into the solicitation.
