Background
The United States Air Force Band of the Golden West Unit is seeking to acquire a Yamaha DM7C-EX 72-Channel Digital Mixer with CTL-DM7 Control Expansion. This equipment is essential for enhancing the sound mixing capabilities in high-tempo environments, thereby increasing operational efficiency and mission effectiveness. The solicitation is part of a market research effort to identify potential suppliers, particularly small businesses including various subsets such as Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and Woman Owned Small Businesses.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide one (1) Yamaha DM7C-EX 72-Channel Digital Mixer with CTL-DM7 Control Expansion. The specifications include:

1. Equipment:
- Yamaha DM7C-EX 72-Channel Digital Mixer must include an Internal Dual Power Supply.
- CTL-DM7 Control Expansion module must be included.
- Must be a single-bay, compact design capable of rack-mounting (using RK1).
- Must have a mixing capacity of 72 inputs, 48 Mono Mixes, 12 Matrixes, 2 Stereo Busses, and 2 Cue.
- Must support 96kHz and 48 kHz sample rates.
- Must have sixteen (16) 3.94" touch-sensitive motorized faders.
- Must include one (1) 12.1" high-resolution multi-touch screen and one (1) 7" high-resolution multi-touch screen.
- Must have Dante network capability (144 x 144 @ 96kHz), 16x16 Analog I/O, and 1 AES Out.
- Must have USB-C 18x18 Audio Interface compatible with VST RACK, and PY Slot I/O (64x64 @ 96kHz).
- Must feature DAW remote function, split mode, time code in, and AI Assist functions.
- Must be compatible with manufacturer software including DM7 Editor, StageMix, Console File Converter, MonitorMix, and ProVisionaire Control/Touch.

2. Warranty: A one-year manufacturer warranty (12 months) must be included.

3. All freight, handling, & labor charges must be included.
