Sources Sought - WOC Entry Access System

Background
The Wing Operations Center is seeking to enhance security for its controlled access area. This Sources Sought notice is intended to gather information on potential sources for this upgrade, which includes various security enhancements. The agency aims to determine if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-aside, focusing on small businesses including 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-owned small business concerns.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for upgrading the security systems at the Wing Operations Center's controlled access area. Key tasks include:
1. Installing new RFID/PIN pad entry systems.
2. Installing video cameras at multiple locations.
3. Installing intercoms and duress alarms.
4. Providing a card coding system for access management.
5. Removing all old equipment as part of the upgrade process.
6. Completing all work in accordance with the Statement of Work provided by the agency.
