Background
The Military Sealift Command (MSC) Norfolk is seeking contractors for the Regular Overhaul and Dry Docking (ROH/DD) of the USNS SUPPLY (T-AOE 6). This contract aims to ensure the vessel's operational readiness through comprehensive maintenance and repair services.

The work will be performed at a contractor's facility located on the East and Gulf Coast, reflecting MSC's commitment to maintaining its fleet in optimal condition.

Work Details
The contract encompasses approximately 158 work items, including but not limited to:
- SHIPYARD SUPPORT FOR ABS CLOSE UP INSPECTION
- WEATHERDECK HANDRAIL REPAIR
- REPLACE - REPAIR TOP SIDE STEEL
- TAOE-CSI-FLIGHT DECK PRESERVATION
- LINE SHAFT BEARINGS INSPECTION
- STEERING AND RUDDER INDICATOR CHECKS
- TAOE-CCSI-ANNUAL RESCUE BOAT AND DAVIT SERVICE
- TAOE-CCSI-DRYDOCKING AND UNDOCKING THE VESSEL
- TAOE-CCSI-PROPELLER CLEAN AND POLISH
- KINGPOST LADDER RENEWAL
- MACHINERY SPACE TURN-OVER, DOCK TRIALS AND SEA TRIALS.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is anticipated to be 166 days commencing on or about 02 March 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at a Contractor’s facility on the East and Gulf Coast.
