SOURCES SOUGHT Total Maintenance for CP TANGO, K-16

Background
The United States Army is seeking information from potential and eligible vendors capable of performing Total Maintenance for Command Post Tactical Air Naval Ground Operation (CP TANGO), K-16, and Microwave Madison Site (MMS) under USAG Humphreys.

This requirement aims to enhance the maintenance program for specific areas of facility maintenance, municipal service, and kitchen equipment maintenance. The goal is to ensure functionality, safety, and efficiency of facilities while improving the overall welfare and quality of life for occupants.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform maintenance and repair services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:
1. Ensuring compliance with all applicable Federal and Local Laws, Regulations, and Directives.
2. Compiling historical data and preparing required reports.
3. Establishing performance-based work requirements that are results-oriented.
4. Performing preventive maintenance on electrical systems including lighting systems, power distribution panels, receptacles, switches, emergency lighting & exit signs.
5. Conducting inspections on overhead cranes to ensure structural integrity and safety.
6. Managing unscheduled maintenance tasks that exceed minor repairs.
7. Providing custodial services in CP TANGO and K-16 including cleaning restrooms, kitchens, windows, floors, and other associated work as directed by the COR or ACOR.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations specified in the Attachment 1 – DRAFT Performance Work Statement under USAG Humphreys.
