Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice - ONLY- for information on capability and availability of potential contractors interested in providing GE Intelligent Platforms GlobalCare Complete Software Assurance Agreement Renewal or an equivalent for Hydroelectric Facilities for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers within the South Atlantic Division . Please see attachment.
Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), specifically the South Atlantic Division, is seeking information on the capability and availability of potential contractors to provide a renewal of the GE Intelligent Platforms GlobalCare Complete Software Assurance Agreement for Hydroelectric Facilities. This initiative aims to ensure continued support and maintenance for Proficy software currently utilized across various districts including Mobile, Savannah, Charleston, and Wilmington.

Work Details
The contract involves the renewal of the existing GE Intelligent Platforms GlobalCare Complete software assurance agreement. The contractor will be responsible for providing all benefits associated with the 'Complete' level of support, which includes:

- Software version upgrades
- Service packs
- Product fixes and IPI’s
- Phone-based technical support
- Access to the GE Intelligent Platforms online knowledge center and other technical literature.

The period of coverage for this contract will be from 1 October 2025 until 30 September 2026.
