Background
The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research regarding the Theater Integrated Combat Munitions System (TICMS) software application. The government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement.

Work Details
Interested contractors must demonstrate a history of relevant software development experience with simultaneous performance of multiple projects and include a summary of relevant and recent (within the last three fiscal years) performance history. The contractor must be able to continue the software development, configuration, testing, and deployment of the proprietary One Network Enterprises, Inc. DoD core platform, NEO, to build new operational capabilities and enhancements as defined and prioritized by the United States Air Force (USAF) for the Theater Integrated Combat Munitions System (TICMS) munitions management software suite. The contractor must have knowledge and experience on how to configure USAF-specific munitions processes and data structures embedded within the One Network Enterprises, Inc. code to meet defense data standards. The contractor must have a fully operational software application interoperable with the Army and Navy’s supply systems and compliant with the Defense Logistics Management Standard (DLMS) by January 2023. The contractor must have knowledge and mature processes established for all DoD cybersecurity requirements and Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) mandates.
