This sources sought is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service to identify potential INDIAN SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE (ISBEE) sources capable of providing Swimming Pool Repair services to the Desert Visions Youth Wellness Center (DVYWC) located in Sacaton, AZ. The contractor shall provide all services, personnel, expertise, supplies and incidental materials necessary to execute the performance requirements detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW).

Background
The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service is conducting market research to identify potential Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) capable of providing swimming pool repair services to the Desert Visions Youth Wellness Center (DVYWC) located in Sacaton, AZ.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the swimming pool is operational for patient care and treatment plans.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, and resources required to repair the swimming pool at DVYWC.

Specific tasks include:
1. Repairing a cracked skimmer to restore the swimming pool to its functioning parameters.
2. Ensuring that the grounds and surrounding areas are not compromised during repairs, including any water, gas, electrical, or internet services.

The contractor is responsible for any damages incurred during the repair process.

Period of Performance
Repair services are expected to be completed within 2 months from the award date.
