Sources Sought - Stryker Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Production

Background
The purpose of this sources sought is to determine the potential market capabilities to produce new Stryker Flat Bottom Hull (FBH) vehicles and provide its required spare parts for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer. It is anticipated that the Government will award a production contract for its Stryker FBH FMS requirements for FY22-25. Any information received in response to this survey will be used by the Government to aid its current FY22-25 Stryker FMS Acquisition Planning effort. Currently, the Government plans to obtain the prospective requirements identified within this survey from a source that has the ability or capability to meet the Government's requirements without creating a substantial duplication of cost.

Work Details
PMO SBCT is seeking information related to Industry’s capability for the production of Stryker FBH vehicles for a FMS customer. The solicitation includes specific questions related to production verification test vehicles, production ramp-up process, sustainable monthly rate of production, maximum monthly production capacity, experience with vehicle configuration management process, lean manufacturing strategies, flexible manufacturing, First-in-First Out (FIFO), just in time deliveries, experience with hazardous waste disposal and compliance with EPA regulations, armor structure and chassis fabrication, certified weld standards, quality system implementation and certification, special tooling and test equipment requirements.
