Background
The U.S. Army's Project Manager Stryker Brigade Combat Team (PM SBCT) is conducting market research to assess industry capabilities for the Maintenance and Training Module (MTM) and Squad Leader Display Version 3 (SLDv3) Retrofit Kits. This initiative aims to upgrade the technology within the Double-V Hull (DVHA1) Stryker Family of Vehicles (FoV), enhancing onboard diagnostics, training, maintenance, and electronic systems control for vehicle commanders.

The original contract for the Stryker FoV was awarded to General Dynamics Land Systems on November 16, 2000, and PM SBCT continuously seeks to ensure best value through market surveys and Requests for Information (RFIs).

Work Details
The potential requirement includes the production of Retrofit Kits for the Stryker FoV variants, specifically the Maintenance and Training Module (MTM) and Squad Leader Display Version 3 (SLDv3). These kits will enable vehicles to perform onboard diagnostics, training, maintenance, and provide vehicle commanders with control over electronic systems.

The RFI seeks information regarding production capabilities, including:
- Experience with production and/or upgrades of ground combat armored vehicles.
- Projected monthly production rate and lead time for delivery of SLDv3/MTM kits.
- Experience in installing and verifying performance of C5ISR systems for ground combat vehicles.
- Contractor experience in C5ISR systems from other programs and associated risks.
- Facilities, tools, and equipment used for producing MTM/SLDv3 Kits or similar assets.
