Sources Sought - SOCSOUTH Security Services

Who: All interested parties who qualify as an 8(a) vendor.

What: If interested, please provide a ROM for services outlined in the PWS (attached), FOR A FULL 12 MONTH PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. You will find specific performance requirements, deliverables schedule, and historical workload data at the end of the PWS. Current contract number is W91QEX20C0004. Current CLINs are 0001-Senior Site Representative, 0002-Security Services, 0003-Access Control, 0004-Destruction of Classified Material, 0005-Contract Manpower Reporting.

Where: SOCSOUTH Buildings on Homestead Air Reserve Base, Florida. This building is continually manned 24/7 for 365 days per year.

When: TBD, not before 1 May 2024

Why: The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research, guage interest for competition, and build a comprehensive estimate to fulfill SOCSOUTH's Security Administration and Access Control Support. This is a non-personal services requirement under which the personnel rendering the services are not subject, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the US Government (USG) and its employees. Interested Parties should provide a quote for all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Security Administration and Access Control Support as defined in the PWS except for those items specified as US Government Furnished Property (GFP) and US Government Furnished Services (GFS).
