Background
This SOURCES SOUGHT announcement is issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Little Rock District (SWL) and Southwestern Division (SWD) for a market survey to gather information on the interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various industry members, including Small Business, Section 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB.

The goal is to ensure adequate competition among responsible contractors for minor construction projects within the geographical boundaries of the Little Rock District.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, supplies, parts (including system components), transportation, plant, supervision, and equipment necessary for repair or construction of real property facilities.

Tasks may include:
- Repair or replacement of mechanical, electrical or fire protection and detection systems
- Concrete repair
- Asphalt paving
- Building renovation or demolition
- Interior remodeling work such as carpentry, painting, floor and wall covering
- Infrastructure system repairs
- Drainage problem corrections
- Structural upgrades
- Asbestos removal
- Roofing and siding repairs
- Window and door replacements
- Maintenance for recreational facilities.

Work environments may include administrative buildings, vehicle maintenance facilities, industrial sites, warehouses, recreation areas, lake shorelines, and remote river locations.

The contractor must ensure quality assurance in accordance with contract requirements and manage all planning and administrative tasks related to the services provided.

Period of Performance
The estimated duration of the project is one base year with four option years.

The work will be performed within the geographical boundaries of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Little Rock District (SWL) and Southwestern Division (SWD).
