Sources Sought Notice for Fort Novosel Gunnery Range

Background
The Mission and Installation Contracting (MICC) Fort Eustis, Virginia 23604 is conducting market research to identify parties interested in providing Fort Novosel Gunnery Range and Training Operations Complex, Maintenance and Repair Services. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all personnel, vehicles, labor, equipment, repair parts, and supplies including Government reimbursed supplies. They are responsible for fabricating, requisitioning, storing, maintaining and operating equipment and targets for operation of the Aviation Gunnery Range (AGR), as well as performing organizational, direct support/general support (DSGS), preventive maintenance, and repair on range materials, computer controlled hardwired target devices, radio controlled solar powered target devices, and moving targets.

The contractor is also responsible for operating the Range Control Center, providing mowing and vegetation control of LOS areas, road right of ways and range areas not contracted to DPW, providing operational Aviation Vertical Obstruction Identification (AVOID) support for Fort Novosel, Alabama by managing, operating, providing technical support, deploying and sustaining the AVOID database; operating Command Tracker system by managing, operating, providing technical support support assistance, and sustaining the Command Tracker system; preparing and submitting reports as listed within Technical Exhibit (TE) 1 or as requested by the COR; and performing supply functions for Range Branch.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance consists of one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) Option Periods of 12 months each with performance commencing in June 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Fort Novosel in Alabama.
