Background

The contract is expected to be awarded in early 2027 with a 5-year ordering period.

Work will primarily be conducted at the firm’s offices in support of the Marine Design Center located in Philadelphia, PA. The location of supported vessels varies across the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Mission Responsibilities.

Bidders must demonstrate capability through professionally registered personnel in naval architecture or marine engineering. They should provide a statement of experience related to the design of similar vessels within the last five years.
