Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior USACE Marine Design Center (MDC) A-E support under W912BU22D0015, awarded to Bristol Harbor Group for $2,288,250 (07/19/22–07/19/27), covering naval architecture and marine engineering design and analysis for inland/coastal vessels, including feasibility studies, preliminary through detailed design, CADD, cost estimates, regulatory compliance, and vessel stability/motion analyses. The scope aligns with the current requirement for A-E IDIQ naval architecture and marine engineering design services for barges and non-self-propelled floating plant, which appears to be a continuation of MDC’s vessel design and engineering support functions.
