Description

CGC Sea Fox and CGC Sea Devil Dockside FY23

Background
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION issued by the U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center, and Norfolk, VA to identify sources capable of providing dockside repairs to the U.S. Coast Guard Cutters USCGC SEA DEVIL & SEA FOX. The vessels are home ported in Silverdale, WA 98315.

Work Details
The scope of the acquisition is for the dockside repairs of the USCGC SEA DEVIL and the SEA FOX. The work items include watertight closures assessment, electrical power distribution system inspection, ventilation system cleaning and inspection, handrails renewal, mooring bits renewal, main diesel engines renewal, unmanned space ventilation modification, fire main bleed line modification, grey water holding tanks cleaning and inspection, sewage holding tanks cleaning and inspection, grey water piping cleaning and flushing, sewage piping cleaning and flushing, seawater cooling piping/valves renewal, fire alarm control panel replacement, exhaust concentric rings inspection/repair.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is anticipated to be for a total of 59 calendar working days. The CGC SEA DEVIL will start on 01 AUG 2023-29 AUG 2023, and the CGC SEA FOX will start on 30 AUG 2023-28 SEPT 2023.

Place of Performance
The work for the SEA DEVIL will be completed at the homepier in Silverdale, WA. The work for the SEA FOX will be completed in SFO Port Angeles, WA.
