Background
The National Cemetery Administration is seeking vendors capable of providing preventative maintenance for the HVAC and Building Management System (BMS) at Calverton National Cemetery. This initiative aims to ensure that the maintenance standards reflect the nation's respect for veterans interred at the cemetery.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment, supplies, materials, labor, and supervision necessary for complete HVAC and BMS services maintenance at Calverton National Cemetery. Key requirements include:
- Maintaining EPA Section 608 Technician Certification: Type II or Universal certification.
- Being a Delta Controls® partner/Authorized System Integrator to access proprietary software (enteliWEB).
- Having training and experience equivalent to a Suffolk County Restricted Plumber’s License (Oil Burning Equipment classification) and certification in accordance with NFPA 31 standards.
- Complying with OSHA safety training regulations relevant to HVAC work.

HVAC & BMS services will include:
- Preventative maintenance inspections on all equipment listed in Appendix A.
- Seasonal filter and belt replacements, recalibration of parts/materials, and seasonal maintenance inspections.
- Peak performance maintenance for Delta Controls BMS for the Administration Building.
- Labor for critical failure service calls during operational hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., plus two Saturdays per year as requested).

Locations include the Administrative Building (8,236 sq. ft.), Maintenance Building (4,950 sq. ft.), and Committal Building (2,014 sq. ft.). Specific tasks involve two preventative seasonal maintenance services per year for rooftop units, including replacing air filters and belts, cleaning filters, lubricating motors, checking electrical controls, verifying refrigerant pressures, inspecting coils, and ensuring proper operation of exhaust fans.
