Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract based on prior MEDCOM/Army National Guard medical readiness support awards. For example, W912PQ23P0005 awarded to Martin Loyd ($4,830,462, 12/21/22–01/01/28) provided medical and dental case management services supporting the NYARNG Individual Medical Readiness program with medical readiness events conducted at NYARNG locations, which aligns with the current requirement for periodic health assessments and related staffing/event coordination. Additionally, W912L622D0001 (idv) awarded to Lifehealth ($509,477, 09/15/22–09/27/27) included annual periodic health assessments (PHA) and dental readiness services to maintain force health protection, suggesting a similar clinical screening/exam model even though it was for OKARNG rather than NYARNG.
