Sources Sought - MEDCOM Periodic Health Assessments

Background
The New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of Periodic Health Assessments (PHAs) to serve as a force multiplier for the NYARNG MEDCOM.
This sources sought notice aims to gather information on potential small business sources interested in this requirement, which is for planning purposes only.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing adequate staffing and support for the execution of PHAs and Mental Health Assessments (MHAs).
Key tasks include:
1. Event Coordination: Provide a qualified PHA Event Coordinator to oversee planning, execution, and administration of PHA events, ensuring compliance with military medical readiness standards.
2. Staffing Requirements: Ensure that all contract personnel possess required technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with military systems such as MEDCHART and MEDPROS.
3. Provider Qualifications: All PHA providers must be licensed healthcare professionals (HCPs) such as MDs, DOs, NPs, or PAs with active licenses in New York. Non-clinical staff will provide administrative support under direct supervision.
4. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance procedures to monitor performance and ensure services meet contract requirements.
5. Compliance: Maintain records demonstrating compliance with professional licensure and regulatory requirements for all personnel performing services under this contract.
