Background
The St. Albans National Cemetery is a National Shrine that encompasses approximately five acres of land. The cemetery's maintenance and appearance must reflect the nation's concern for those interred there, necessitating strict adherence to contract specifications. This sources sought announcement aims to gather market research and identify qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Veteran Owned Small Businesses capable of providing janitorial services.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, transportation, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to provide Janitorial Services at the St. Albans National Cemetery located at 177-33 Baisley Blvd, St. Albans NY 11434. Services include cleaning of the Administration Building and three public restrooms (approximately 600 sq. ft.). Janitorial services are to be performed Monday through Sunday (including Federal Holidays) between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

Specific tasks include:
- Sweeping and wet mopping all floor areas, vacuuming carpets, and removing stains as needed.
- Cleaning inside and outside entrance glass doors, interior windows, door frames, walls, window ledges, baseboards, and dusting all surfaces.
- Cleaning public restrooms including walls, partitions, floors, sinks, toilets/urinals with germicide disinfectant.
- Providing necessary supplies such as trash liners, toilet tissue, paper towels, cleaning solutions, germicides & disinfectants.
- Daily checklist verification of completed services by the Contractor.
- Monthly invoicing/reporting itemizing services performed to the COR.
