SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: HANEL Lean Lift Maintenance and Repair, Vandenberg Space Force Base

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME, AND REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.

This Sources Sought Notice is for market research purposes only to identify potential and qualified sources capable of providing maintenance and repair services for HANEL Lean Lift vertical storage systems located at Vandenberg Space Force Base (SFB), California. The Air Force is exploring acquisition strategies under FAR Parts 12 and 13.

1. REQUIREMENT:

The 30th Space Wing requires comprehensive maintenance and repair services for HANEL Lean Lift vertical storage systems to ensure operational readiness and longevity of the equipment. Services shall include, but not be limited to:

  • Preventive Maintenance (PM) in accordance with manufacturer's specifications for six (6) Lean Lifts
  • Diagnostic troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
  • Repair services.for one Lean Lift
  • Parts replacement.
  • Documentation of all maintenance and repair activities.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

All interested businesses, regardless of size, are encouraged to respond. Respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award. Additionally, business should be able to provide:

  • Factory certified Hanel technicians.
  • Lean Lift certified technicians.
  • Ability to replace parts from Hanel USA.

3. NAICS CODE:

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is anticipated to be 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $7,500,000. Respondents are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their NAICS code in SAM.

4. CAPABILITIES STATEMENT:

Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement demonstrating their ability to meet the requirements outlined above. Include the following information:
