The goal is to enhance efficiency and expand resources for linking the U.S. housing market to global capital markets, ultimately facilitating low-cost financing for federal housing programs. This initiative aligns with Ginnie Mae's mission to remain competitive in attracting global investors, particularly in light of new economic challenges.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a range of services including:

- Project Management
- Global Engagement and Advisory Services
- Global Markets Analysis - Data Analytics and Intelligence Services
- Development of the Ginnie Mae Global Institute
- Creation of Global Investor Profiling and Database
- Analysis of Agency MBS Global Competitive Landscape
- Quantification of GNMA MBS Value Proposition
- Analytics related to MBS Index and other investment products
- Data-Driven Housing Finance Policy Impact Evaluation
- Market Intelligence Updates including weekly reports and ad hoc analyses
- Strategies for engaging official institutions globally
- Regional Operation and Management Plan.

The contractor will also assist in transition processes both in and out.
