Sources Sought - FY23 Bldg. 1700 Heritage Center Master Plan @ Scott AFB IL   3

Background
The Air Force Cyberspace and Communications (AFCC) Heritage Center requires a museum/exhibit design firm to establish a heritage center master plan to serve as a roadmap for the next decade. The center is dedicated to highlighting the artifacts and stories of the Cyberspace and Information Technology community. The master plan will ensure future installations, exhibits, programs are presented professionally and conform to common museum standards.

Work Details
The contractor is required to develop eight individual projects inside the masterplan, including:
- An outdoor exhibit
- An exhibit hanging objects from the three-story opening inside
- An exhibit with large multimedia touch panel displays
- Renovating and updating existing exhibits
- Creating a digital version of the heritage center with digital walkthroughs
- Developing a multimedia solution for recording and broadcasting events from within the heritage center
- Updating existing cases/cabinetry interior finishes and architectural treatments.
The master plan will also include a donor recognition system, logo, branding package for the heritage center, and deliverables should include raster and vector files. The end product will be a fully digital package containing all details as well as two printed versions of the master plan. Delivery of final product must be no later than 31 May 2024.

The work will be performed at the AFCC Heritage Center located at 203 W Losey St, Building 1700, Atrium, Scott AFB, IL 62225.
