Sources Sought for N62742-23-R-3710 HOUSING OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES (HOMS) AND CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY MAINTENANCE SERVICES (COMS) FOR VARIOUS MILITARY INSTALLATIONS, GUAM

The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific, Services Contracts Division, is seeking information on establishing a new contract for Housing Operations and Maintenance Services (HOMS) and Change of Occupancy Maintenance Services (COMS) for Various Military Installations, Guam. The outcome to be achieved is to provide all management, supervision, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, material, supplies, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to provide operations and maintenance and change of occupancy maintenance services for family housing units and facilities on Andersen Air Force Base, Naval Base Guam, Camp Blaz and unaccompanied family housing units and facilities on Naval Base Guam for Naval Base Guam Housing. Work includes operations, repair services, maintenance and change of occupancy maintenance in both vacant and occupied units.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210 (Facilities Support Services). The applicable size standard is $47 million.
