THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bid, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to provide the requested service. This information will be used to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition method and set-aside for future requirements.

The contractor shall provide a comprehensive maintenance program for the 673d Medical Group Dining Facility on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK 99506. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform dining facility equipment repair as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement.

Contractors having the capability to provide the above services are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to SSgt Tulay Urganci (tulay.urganci@us.af.mil) and Amn Keely Blakley-McLarry (keely.blakley-mclarry@us.af.mil) no later than 26 May 2025 at 1:00PM AKST. Background
The 673d Medical Group at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, is seeking to establish a comprehensive maintenance program for its Dining Facility. The goal of this contract is to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of kitchen equipment used in the facility, thereby supporting the mission of providing quality dining services to military personnel.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform dining facility equipment repair as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:

1. Scheduled Maintenance: Regular servicing to ensure optimum performance and safety of equipment.

2. Preventative Maintenance: Quarterly inspections to maintain equipment in a safe condition and address minor faults before they escalate.

3. Calibration/Certification: Measurement and adjustment of equipment parameters for accuracy.

4. Unscheduled Maintenance: Troubleshooting and repairs for equipment malfunctions with prompt reporting based on urgency (emergency within 2 hours; remedial within 24 hours).

5. Timely Repairs: Quick response to repair requests using genuine parts while adhering to manufacturer guidelines.

6. Equipment Upgrades: Recommendations for energy-efficient options and modifications to enhance performance.

7. Documentation: Maintaining records of maintenance activities and providing detailed reports on equipment status and service history.

8. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations during maintenance activities.
