ITEM DESCRIPTION: Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the Evaluation and Repair of SPS-67(V)1 Rotary Couplers.

NSWC Crane intends to issue a three (3) year Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity, competitive non-commercial solicitation in the third (3) quarter of fiscal year 2023.

The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract on a full and open competition IAW FAR 6.1. Delivery is required FOB Destination.

Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive the controlled attachments. The attachments will be posted at the same time the solicitation is posted
