Period of Performance
The contractor shall complete the work required under this SOW in 90-120 calendar days or less from date of award.

Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center, 420 N. James Road, Columbus, OH 43219.

Bidder Requirements
Bidder must be FujiFilm or an authorized distributor of FujiFilm products as they are the sole source for the Sonosite ultrasound systems and accessories in the U.S. The contractor's personnel must undergo a background investigation and receive favorable adjudication from the VA Office of Security and Law Enforcement prior to contract performance.
