Amendment 0001:

15BFA022Q00000008 is hereby amended to incorporate the following:
-Remove FAR 52.233-99;
-Add FAR 52.237-1;
-Extend response date to January 21, 2022 at 3:00 pm Central Time;
-Add Site Visit.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Solid Waste services at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) located in Coleman, Florida. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562111 (Size Standard: $41,500,000). This requirement is solicited as unrestricted.

The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-types contract with firm fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist a 12 month base year with four 12 month option years for renewal at the discretion of the Government. Specific details will be included in the solicitation packet.

All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations. The contractor will provide services in accordance with the Statement of Work.

The solicitation will be made available on or about December 20, 2021, and will be and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information concerning the acquisition, including solicitation and amendments, will be distributed solely through this website.
